- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Tenzen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or submit false information.
4. Marketplace Services
Tenzen provides a digital platform for businesses to connect, list, and trade products or services.
We do not own, manufacture, or control any products listed by sellers.
Tenzen acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the actual contract between buyer and seller.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:
- Ensure all listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- Comply with applicable Bangladesh laws, including the Digital Security Act 2018 and Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
- Respect international trade and export regulations when dealing with global buyers.
- Deliver goods or services as agreed upon with the buyer.
- Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical activities.
Tenzen may remove or suspend any listings found in violation of these rules.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must:
- Review product information carefully before making a purchase.
- Make timely payments as per agreed terms.
- Ensure compliance with import/export, tax, or customs regulations applicable in their region.
- Avoid chargebacks or false claims unless supported by valid evidence.
7. Fees and Payments
- Tenzen may charge commissions, transaction fees, or subscription fees for certain services.
- All payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways.
- Fees may vary depending on user location, payment method, or currency.
- Tenzen reserves the right to revise pricing or introduce new charges with prior notice.
8. Taxes and Compliance
- Sellers are responsible for paying VAT, taxes, or duties as required by law in Bangladesh or their respective countries.
- Tenzen may collect and remit applicable taxes where legally required.
- Users agree to comply with all relevant Bangladesh government regulations, including the Value Added Tax Act 2012, and applicable global tax laws.
9. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping terms, costs, and timelines are determined between buyers and sellers.
- Tenzen may assist with third-party logistics partners but is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transit.
- Buyers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
10. Disputes and Resolution
- Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly between the parties.
- If unresolved, Tenzen may mediate but is not legally liable for outcomes.
- For Bangladesh-based transactions, disputes may be referred to the Bangladesh Consumer Rights Authority or appropriate legal forum.
- For international transactions, disputes will be handled under neutral arbitration as outlined in Section 18 (Governing Law).
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post false, illegal, or counterfeit products.
- Use Tenzen for money laundering, fraud, or data harvesting.
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
- Misuse the platform’s communication system for spam or harassment.
- Interfere with the platform’s security or operations.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on Tenzen — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is owned or licensed by Tenzen.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
13. Privacy Policy
Your use of Tenzen is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data.
14. Limitation of Liability

- For users based in Bangladesh, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
- For international users, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under internationally recognized rules (e.g., UNCITRAL), seated in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- Courts in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matters arising within Bangladesh.
